Hudson Primary School pupil, Sarah Kruger in Grade 7 received a local heroes award last year. The Daily Dispatch/ Johnson & Johnson rewarded her with R1000 that could be donated to the charity of her choice. Sarah decided to donate this to CHOC (Childhood Cancer Foundation South Africa), an organisation close to her heart as her young cousin was helped and treated by CHOC.
